Delivery Information

Postage Policy:

  • We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, out-of-towners, or the place where has no concrete / asphalt road to reach, etc may either use an alternative different delivery address or need to pick up from the most close depot to your town. Because for the courier safety operation policy, the driver are not allowed to take the risk to drive 16 tons truck on any graded easement road.
  • Delivery Day - NOT TIME: Our courier requires you to be home 9am-6pm on the day of delivery. Perhaps a business address is more convenient for you. Simply change your address in checkout.
  • Unload on Delivery: You need to arrange at least 3 eople / lift to unload by yourself if the tail lift on delivery has not been included with order. Our couriers deliver to the property entrance only. Moving inside of house or upstairs are not included in the freight order. You need to contact courier straightaway or ask us for more details if extra labor is required.
  • If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage is NOT refundable. Additional postage fees apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
  • We tried our best to offer lowest postage for our customers. In most time, the postage is accurate. However, for some remote / regional areas, the shipping fee might not be accurate and additional postage applies. We will let customers know before shipping the item if there is any additional postage. Customers have the right to pay extra postage or cancel the order.
